Terms of Service

Acceptance
By accessing or using RMADOR, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using RMADOR on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
Service
RMADOR provides AI-powered perimeter security software, including threat detection, bollard control management, and related services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.
Subscriptions and billing
Cloud plan subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period with no partial refunds. Air-Gap plan hardware and installation fees are invoiced separately and are non-refundable after installation.
Acceptable use
You may only use RMADOR for lawful security purposes on property you own or have explicit permission to monitor. You must not use RMADOR to monitor individuals without appropriate legal basis, to record in jurisdictions where such recording is prohibited, or to circumvent safety systems.
Safety and bollard control
You are responsible for ensuring bollard control systems are operated safely and in compliance with local regulations. RMADOR's automated bollard functions must be configured and supervised by qualified personnel. RMADOR is not liable for injuries or damage resulting from improper configuration or operation.
Data and privacy
Your use of RMADOR is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Video footage processed by RMADOR is not stored or transmitted off-site. You retain ownership of all data generated on your premises.
Intellectual property and restrictions
RMADOR, including its AI models, inference pipeline, sensor fusion algorithms, federated learning system, and all associated software, are proprietary to RMADOR Security Inc. and protected by copyright, trade secret, and patent law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for its intended purpose. You may not: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from any part of RMADOR; (b) copy, reproduce, or create derivative works based on RMADOR's AI models, detection algorithms, or threat scoring logic; (c) sublicense, resell, or make the service available to third parties without written authorisation; (d) remove or obscure any proprietary notices; (e) use the service to train competing AI models or products. RMADOR Security Inc. reserves all rights not expressly granted. Violation of these restrictions entitles RMADOR Security Inc. to immediate termination of your licence and pursuit of all available legal remedies including injunctive relief.
Model licensing
The AI model weights deployed in RMADOR are proprietary and licensed exclusively to RMADOR Security Inc. Model weights are signed with Ed25519 cryptographic signatures and bound to licensed hardware. Any attempt to extract, copy, or deploy model weights outside of the RMADOR platform constitutes infringement of RMADOR Security Inc. intellectual property rights.
Federated learning
If you opt in to federated learning, you grant RMADOR Security Inc. a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide licence to use anonymised gradient updates derived from your deployment to improve the global RMADOR model. No footage, personal data, or identifiable information is transmitted. Gradient updates are protected by differential privacy (ε=4.0). You may opt out at any time from your admin dashboard.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RMADOR's liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. RMADOR is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
